Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Special note for our products: Since all products from Ordo Regalis S.R.L. (both digital PDF downloads and physical prints) are personalized according to your individual specifications (e.g., names, dates), the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Ordo Regalis S.R.L.
1. Scope These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shops of Ordo Regalis S.R.L., Bucharest.
2. Contract Conclusion The contract is concluded once you complete the checkout process and we accept the order by sending a confirmation email or by providing/shipping the product.
3. Personalized Products & Right of Withdrawal Important Note: Our products (both digital PDF downloads and physical prints) are customized individually according to your specifications.
- In accordance with Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and the corresponding Romanian law OUG 34/2014), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- By placing an order, you confirm the accuracy of the information provided (names, dates, etc.). We accept no liability for typos or errors made by the customer.
4. Delivery & Shipping (Physical Products)
- Shipping is handled via our logistics partner in Germany.
- For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g., USA), customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. Digital Content Digital products (PDFs) are provided via email or download link. Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely once the download has started or the file has been sent.
6. Liability & Jurisdiction The laws of Romania shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Bucharest, Romania.
